What does the order status mean?
- QUOTE PEND - We have quoted the project and we
are awaiting quote approval and payment by you. No product will be
shipped until payment is received or contractor credit approved and
purchase order received
- AUTHORIZED - Your payment or contractor
purchase order has been received and order is in process.
- SENT TO WAREHOUSE - We have sent your order to
our warehouse for fulfillment, packing and shipping.
- ORDER SHIPPED - The order has been shipped. The
order status email will tell how and when it was shipped and contain
tracking information, if available.
- ORDER COMPLETED - Per the tracking information
we have for UPS or common carrier, or timeframe based on shipping
estimates, the order has reached the deliver address and is
completed.
- PROBLEM REPORTED - We have been contacted with
an issue regarding the order. The order will remain in this state
until we have corrected the issue or problem.
- PROBLEM RESOLVED - The order problem previously
reported has been resolved. If the problem includes shipping missing
or replacement parts, then shipping has been done.
- RETURN PENDING - We have been contacted about a
return and have issued a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). No
returns are allowed without RMA. We are awaiting return of
merchandise.
- RETURN COMPLETED - The return has been received
and credit or refund has been made. Please allow time for credit to
appear on credit card if applicable.
- QUOTE CLOSED - This quote is no longer active.
It may mean we have been told that the project is closed, or it may
mean that it has been requoted on another Order ID. Please contact
us if this quote needs to be reopened.
- CANCELLED - Order has been cancelled and no
product has been shipped.
